Boris joined FTVentures in June 2003 and is currently a Principal with investment responsibilities in business services. Prior to joining FTVentures, Boris was an Associate in the investment banking group at W.R. Hambrecht + Co., where he advised emerging growth companies on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and public equity transactions, with a focus on the financial technology industry. Boris received BS and BA degrees cum laude in Finance and International Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
